1. When Godzilla kills the female MUTO, that moment is EPIC!
2. When in the final scenes, the TV program say "King of the monsters, savior of our city?" That was GREAT!
The end itself remember me the Sowa Godzilla, the "hero" of the battle. I know that Godzilla was not a hero, but let's face it, when he saw Ford, when they cross they sight, I could see something in Godzilla face, like "I most continue, they need me" or something like that.
Personally, I liked the Sowa point of view of the end, and why not, after all Godzilla himself say "I hate humans because they hate me". I can swear that some people applauded, in the movie, when Godzilla returned to the sea.

Especially the ending fights. And that they call him Gojira. And the Mothra easter egg.

The whole sequence with the female MUTO on the rail bridge is excellent as has been said, along with Godzilla's arrival at the airport (particularly the shot inside the terminal, wfollowing the exploding aircraft and then down comes Godzilla's foot, an excellent piece of cinematography!)
Aside these, I was really into the sequence when the male MUTO hatched, it was a spectacle to behold and certainly quite chilling to watch!
