Scans from the official Art Book for Godzilla 2: King of the Monsters continue to surface and the latest discovery has revealed a Titan which looks a lot like Anguirus - one of Godzilla's oldest foes-turned-allies. Until King of the Monsters' release, man fans were hoping there would be reference to Anguirus. Although no acknowledgement was made on film, it's nice to see Anguirus was considered at least in the film's official concept art:

Good to know my second favorite Kaiju was at least considered at one point. Kind of looks like they just pasted an image of the Final Wars version into the picture to fill out the space though, I'll have to get the book myself and take a closer look.
