Last week we showcased an unofficial fan project by long time member and popular zBrush artist Dopepope. Fan reaction to his Godaiju concept work was extremely positive so it only seemed right to debut the full, polished version for this Godzilla 14 / Shin-Gojira / GMK hybrid for you all today. Enjoy:

Upon sharing previous Godaiju concepts it was relatively unanimous that fans would love to see a Godzilla like this make its way into an official production. Although this is merely a fan expression, who's to say it won't inspire an official Godzilla design down the road? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Do not want to see this as an official design. Let's see a Millennium Heisei hybrid. 89/2000! Now that's what needs to be official!

This is the best Godzilla design I've ever seen. Better than anything used in any movie. Just love it, and somebody at Toho should be making a deal with you immediately! That being said, doesn't need the spikes on the elbows or the oversized Shin G tail.

Too disproportioned ... tail too long... arms too small... spinal plates... way too big. It looks great... but his head is too small given the rest of his overall body structure. That is why I did not care for shin Gojira all that much... because that tail was just insanely long and really offset his overall appearance. In my opinion.

I would love to see a cross between Godzilla 64,2001,and 2014.
