Will the first trailer for Godzilla vs. Kong debut at CinemaCon this March? It's certainly possible. Warner Brothers will be hosting a lengthy 1 hour, 45 minute panel at this year's 2020 CinemaCon on March 31st to bring attention to their film slate for the year - of which Godzilla vs. Kong is a tentpole.

Although the unveiling of the film's first trailer is pure speculation at this point, it's not far fetched to assume. Given the nature of this panel, we are confident something for Godzilla vs. Kong will be shown to attendees.

That being said, it's unlikely Warner Brothers will release whatever they show at CinemaCon to the public, online. It's usually uncommon for studios to release their convention footage to the public as it oftentimes contains unfinished effects shots and work-in-progress cut-scenes. However, that doesn't stop footage from leaking out...

As we learn more about Warner Brothers' presence at CinemaCon concerning Godzilla vs. Kong we'll be sure to keep you posted!

I'd tend to agree with the article, I'm sure something will be shown, just not publicly released.

I bet it's just those 3 seconds leaked in December.

Possible. But given that Scoob! comes out in May and WW84 in June, I'd imagine they'd have a little more room to showcase GvK since both of those should have new trailers soon.

Actually, I think even more time will be spent on WW84, given the proximity. They'll want to pick up the marketing as they get closer to those releases, so I'm banking on WW84 especially to take up the bulk of it.
