This week in kaiju news, a variety of new reveals took place. From figures, to new Monsterverse information, and even a theme park attraction, this week had a little bit of everything.
First off was the announcement of a new Evangelion theme park attraction. The new attraction will be located at the Toei Kyoto Studio Park in Japan and will feature a 49 foot tall "Rideable Eva." Included will be a pilot testing center, unique photo ops, interactive Angel battles, and a gift shop with exclusive merchandise. The ride will be open to the public starting on October 3rd.

Tamashii Nations has unveiled three new S.H.MonsterArts figures. The new reveals are Biollante/Godzilla (2001) and Godzilla (2019) figures. All three figures are reissues of previously released figures with new paint applications.
Biollante Special Color version will be released in December for approximately $286 and Godzilla (2001) Radiant Heat Ray version in November for approximately $92. The Godzilla (2019) Event Exclusive Color Edition figure will only be available on Premium Bandai USA from July 16 - 31 for around $88.



Lastly, new information and descriptions for the upcoming Godzilla vs. Kong prequel graphic novels were released. There will be two new books in total, with one based on Godzilla and one on Kong. Both graphic novels, titled "GvK Godzilla Dominion" and "GvK Kingdom Kong" will be released on March 30th, 2021.
