I'm a true Godzilla fan, Have been since age 4. While I love Kong too, I'm team G all the way. I say the MV is dead after GvsK because I just don't see the interest. G'14 and K:SI did just ok and KOTM bombed; That's why I say what I say.

But why insult everyone else for thinking differently? I mean, I can very well get your opinion, but you don't need to say "It is getting increasingly annoying to read G fan comments on here and Toho Kingdom (where it's 10 times worse) and see the adolescent fan bubble BS that they think is going to make the GA gasp in awe and just fall in love with kaiju films. Yeah, I saw Godzilla V.S. Destoroyah for the first time on Saturday... I always heard Godzilla lost... but he didn't... I mean he did die... but not to Destoroyah... and Destoroyah was kinda trying to escape at the end until the military got him... so that's not really a loss... it's a victory that didn't end in death...

I have yet to finish the millennium series, I'm going to start soon though. I have seen all of Showa and Heisei, except for the auxiliary movies like Varan and Frakenstein to name a few

I haven't seen any Millenium, I've seen some Heisei and Show, and the new ones... also tristar, if you count it (I don't for "Godzilla") If I had enough money and/or time, I'd watch them all within a few weeks. However, little by little, I get to watch more and more... And this weekend I might get to see another one... still have to decide though. Main choice is GMK, either that or 2000 or final wars.

Unlike most Godzilla fans, I have no problem with its redesign and it was the second Godzilla movie I watched. I tend to think of it as the cheetah of Godzillas compared to the toho's panthera

I didn't half ass anything, Lazyfish. If people think the MV is going past GvsK, They need to re-calibrate their expectations. But hey, if you think Gamera vs Gyaos and Destroy all Monsters 2 will happen in the MV, Knock yourself out Kiddo!!

It's fake. Anyone could have made up that scenario in their sleep. Hopefully we'll get a real trailer when JOKER starts.

If the MV continues after G vs K(and I hope it does) then great. It could be a money maker if done right. I don't know about the rest of you... but I have watched my DVD of KOM 7 times since it arrived. I still wonder how this movie did not do well in the box office. My take is that WB/Legendary pushed Pacific Rim ahead of both Godzilla films and that was a bad idea. There is no "KING" in Pacific Rim... and frankly I did not care for either one... but it was a bad idea to bring both G films out on the heels of both PR movies in my opinion. It was a bad strategy. 

They got KOM right... but it should have been released before Pac Rim and then maybe PR would have done better.

I hope Kong is the "bad guy' in the next film. The ORCA tech was copied by Jonah's team and they will use it to control Kong and have him fight Godzilla. Just a theory. Godzilla will win because if he does not... then what would have been the point of any of the theme of the KOM ? Kong brings balance to his home. Godzilla brings balance to the world... so the idea of one killing the other makes no sense. Being defeated does not mean being killed. I hate it when people speculate who is going to kill who in GvsK. Sports have winners and losers. The same could be said about the MV. Mothra could have killed Rodan but didn't. Godzilla's only aim was to kill Ghidorah... not the other titans. He has had years to go to skull island and do whatever and has not... so if that's the case.. there has to be another reason why the two fight... and I say it's because of man made interference. Via the abuse of the ORCA tech and or a hybrid titan that man creates.

That was a half assed response to my accusation of half assing, you ass XD. Only reason is was posted is because the leak had been corroborated with additional sources from different places. Again, not confirming it's legit, but it does beg the question, what if.

He got it from some sources that were at Cinema Expo 2019 this past weekend. Footage of Godzilla vs. Kong was shown there. Most of it was unfinished.

I do think there might be some truth to the release of the trailer. Joker with its great reviews so far will likely be very popular. Releasing a trailer to go along with the movie would be a great way to promote the movie.

If the release date is true, then I hope that the trailer also gets released on YouTube as well. (Just in case there are some people that won't want to go and see Joker.)

I really h0pe Destoroyah will be in it....if not, that's fine. I like Destoroyah he's cool.

And yeah, I don't know if this is true, but it would be epic.

I think Destoroyah should be saved for a possible future movie. Also... he's expensive, so if they do pay for him, they have to make him have a HUGE role.

It certainly sounds more legitimate based solely on the original content not relying on references to the old material AND the poster's own background.

He's also clarified on details when asked by Kaiju News Outlet and has been retweeted by the likes of Gormaru Island.
