Shin Godzilla's popularity is still very high in Japan and SH MonsterArts is releasing its latest variation of the 2016 Godzilla this July, 2018. The Godzilla (2016) Frozen Ver. is the latest "repaint" from the SH MonsterArts line. Outside of the obvious color change, the main difference is the tail-splitting "fifth form" Godzilla failed to evolve into. You can see a close-up of the detail put into Godzilla's tail below:

The coloring and tail design is done by Takayuki Takeya who designed Godzilla's fifth form bursting from the tail. Pre-orders begin tomorrow from Bandai at about $132 USD. There's no word yet on whether it will be released in North America just yet.
The upcoming SH MonsterArts Godzilla 2002, from Godzilla against MechaGodzilla will also be released soon!
The Godzilla (2016) Frozen Ver. is based off of the Japanese Academy Award winning Best Picture Shin Godzilla, staring Hiroki Hasegawa (Love & Peace, Attack on Titan), Yutaka Takenouchi (Best Wishes for Tomorrow) and Satomi Ishihara (Zatoichi: The Last, Attack on Titan). The film was written and directed by Hideaki Anno (Neon Genesis Evangelion) with Shinji Higuchi (Attack on Titan).
