MemberMothra LarvaeDec-02-2013 7:23 PMThe second Monster in too Teaser trailer was alot bigger then the mutos So could the second monster in the Teaser be Godzilla,s main enemy. Now I no something very odd the monster in the movie was very short but very large so i notice that the second monster was a centipede so the size for a centipede is about 10 to 270 so could the second monster be around 270 feet tall? well Godzilla in the movie will be 3 times bigger then the second monster in the teaser and the mutos including the winged mutos so im going too say maybe the Centipe like creture would be shorter but im saying it,s height might be around Godzilla,s feet so im gussing that the second monster in the teaser trailer could be the main monster or maybe the winged muto would be the second monster?

MemberBaragonDec-02-2013 9:36 PMThe centipede was shown dead, and I doubt they'd show the main enemy at all in a teaser.
I don't think we got a good look at Orga from G2000 till tthe movie so going off that i don't think much, if anything, about the main boss monster will be shown.

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-02-2013 9:53 PMIt,s possible that the centipede in the teaser could be the main enemy but im not going too go too a movie theater just too see the trailer.

MemberBaragonDec-03-2013 1:08 AMIf they honestly showed the boss monster dead in an opening trailer a year before the movies was even released I'm sure I wouldn't be the only 1 SEVERLY disappointed therefore i find it extremely unlikely, if not impossible, that is the end monster.

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-03-2013 2:34 AMThe chances that the monster shown in the SDCC 2012 proof of concept trailer was one of the main antagonists is next to nil.
That footage was "proof of concept" footage, meaning that it was for nothing more than a demonstration that Edwards was on the right track with Godzilla's design and the mood of the film. Again, the chances of one of the real antagonists making it into that teaser are next to nil. The chances we've seen anything regarding his main enemy in this movie is also pretty much nil.
There are no reasons at all, either professional or personal, for Edwards or Legendary to release anything regarding the main antagonist(s) of the movie.
I'd love to be able to see something, but until a real trailer makes its way around we'll all just have to wait.
Speculation on "proof of concept" footage is absolutely useless to everyone.

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-03-2013 10:23 AMThe trailer for the hobbit might tell us what the second monster will look like or maybe it might be the same monster from the teaser trailer

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-04-2013 2:58 PMThis deep-sea invetebrate is a Phronima amphipod. I can't help but notice how it resembles both the written descriptions and sketches of the "airport scene" Mutos.
The "whitish" skin colour could be an attempt to describe an exoskeleton that is nearly transparent, which was then dirtied after it came to shore. Moreover, it has prominent black eyes on either side of a triangular-shaped head.
