Godzilla Not Playing In My Theaters?!

Okay, so I've been checking showtimes for the new Godzilla in all my theaters, and I'm not getting any. I thought maybe it hasn't been updated yet, but now I'm a bit worried due to:

1: Godzilla 1954 is listed on the websites, but say they aren't playing in any theater near me.

2: The Amazing Spider-man has showtimes, and it comes out fourteen days before Godzilla!

3: One website that listed all the the theaters in my area (and this is the one that scares me the most),           said that no theater in my area was "Going to be showing Godzilla on May 16th."

Please help me out here.... I'm pretty worried. I want to see this movie so bad, and on top of that, this was going to be done for me on my birthday. :(

I think you're getting ahead of yourself and worrying about nothing. The movie is still a month and a half away. It's unlikely that there will be showtimes just yet.

I believe tickets for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 just recently went on sale which is why showtimes are up for it. As far as I know tickets have yet to go on sale for Godzilla, and even if they did without mention of a theater near you, chances are listings will spring up during the month of May.

It's only April 2nd. Chill.

Dont worry. Heck, i cant even buy tickets TASM 2, and its only fifteen days away where i live, but i still know its gonna be shown in my theater. There is nothing to fear, it will be shown at your theater.

Yeah, Godzilla is a wide release. Of course it will be screening in theaters near everybody. Getting worried about this 43 days before its release is pretty silly.

Sorry. Like I said, what worried me was the "There are no theaters in your area that will be playing Godzilla on May 16th." That was sort of what set me off, and the fact that there were tickets to The Amazing Spider-man already in theaters in my area confused me and added to it. Sorry I freaked out a bit. I just REALLY WANT to see it so I got carried away. I suppose I do need to chill. XD And thanks.

Thanks, man! Like I said, I freaked out a bit there. I've known about this for awhile, so the fact that we keep getting TV spots and everything that keeps my excitement growing just kind of made me snap. Sorry. XD Appreciate the reassurances!

hey there buddy dont worry about it we still have less than 2 months before the movie besides it is going all across the united states and other countries so relax and enjoy this ride while it still lasts :)
