Okay, anyway, I know this is so, so very unlikely, like 100% not likely, but I wanted to post it anyway. (Evil laugh).
Those of us who have read the soundtrack titles know that Godzilla will live. But do we really? What if Godzilla manages to destroy the Mutos, which would be his victory, but still winds up dying afterward?
And what if the last one is simply Ford leaving the city after the final battle, taking to the ocean by ship?
As I said, I know I'm wrong. I know it. I am 100% wrong. But I thought I'd post it anyway, just to see everyone's opinions and reactions. ;)
Mothra LarvaeMember0 XPApr-11-2014 12:12 PMNo I think the song has to do with godzilla because of what gareth said about him being a force of nature and killing him is defeating the purpose because you can't defeat nature no matter how hard you try and also because they say godzilla suppose to be a anti hero so I think it about godzilla leaving and going back to the ocean

I really dont think godzilla is going to die honestly, he is much bigger, much heavier, and probably just a tad bit more powerful then what he has been, the only thing with modern weapons here on the earth today probably will just make him even more angry then what he already is. :)

Having Godzilla stride off slowly into the ocean with gaping wounds spilling untold gallons of blood into the waves would be a stupendous sight! There's nothing more awe-inspiring than the wounded and triuphant hero bearing his wounds with strength and dignity! yeah you are probably right what you just said reminds me of my favorite wrestler just getting beat at wrestlemania this year that person the undertaker, what a way for him to go out though.

There's no reason to hedge - I make the statement "this girl" because my profession is journalism and it's a bit of a, hmm, let's say quirk of dialect. I'm british; we ladies of the UK sometimes talk in thrid person - at least I do to some extent when describing myself. Plus, I enjoy story-telling quite a bit! Typically, describing your gender helps individuals visualize your expressions and "hear" your voice. It's just a manner of speaking, I suppose.
