Summary of a Godzilla story

In the future the Monsters were defeated.  By consealing their power into rings and giving them to a chosen few they would learn to control the awesome power the mosters had.  The long battle was over and the earth was now in a peaceful time, But when an evil alien race  heard of the monsters and there powers and wanted them for there self.  It is up to the keepers of the rings' to release the monsters power and save the earth.  

Hope you like it this is just a summary and I am open to ideas

Ok, first off i need to know a few things.

1. what is the main idea of this work?

2. what will it be all about?

3. how many monsters do you wish to have in it?

4. how dark and scary do you want it to be?

1. humans using the monsters power to save the Earth

2.kind of what the summary says

3.I want to have all the earth defenders plus some mutants and then all the aliens

4.I would give it a medium on dark and scary
