How likely is Zilla in the MonsterVerse?

So I've been noticing in some MonsterVerse timelines you guys and others have been producing, Zilla has been included. I personally find this odd, but I can't really explain why. I think it's due to the fact that he's already an American Kaiju with an american-made movie, so it would seem strange to me. I think it's also due to the fact that in his movie, he was depicted as and meant to be Godzilla, but only later was he dubbed as a completely different Kaiju. In fact, is 1998 Kaiju even Zilla? Or is Zilla a completely different monster, a parody based off of the incarnation?
But this leads me to ask one question - how likely do you think Zilla is to appear in the MonsterVerse, if at all? And if you did see him, how would you want him to be portrayed?
"Is that a monkey?"

Zilla is just Zilla. In 98', he was referred to as Godzilla, but Toho bought him and renamed him to Zilla. That's why his character logo, comic appearances, and etc. has Zilla in them.
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the likeliest, I'd give Zilla a 7. Personally, I'd like to see him in the MonsterVerse.
I'd want him to be portrayed as a creature that's just trying to survive. It needs to feed, have shelter, be territorial, and etc., kind of like a pride of lions. I would like to see multiple Zilla's that are living together, but they're still significantly smaller than Godzilla. Between the sizes of the "Big One" Skullcrawler and Kong would be good enough for me.

I see there being a .001% chance Zilla will even be considered for the Monsterverse in any form whatsoever. Edwards and Legendary made a massive point to create something as far away from the 1998 movie as they could. I believe any consideration for putting the creature, or a creature that looks like the 1998 monster, in the universe would be an instant violation of everything Legendary has set out to do.
And to answer your question, the 1998 monster IS technically still Godzilla. Toho can not retcon what the design was supposed to represent in the past, but they can re-brand it for the future. The design from 1998-2003 is technically "Godzilla", but as of 2004 the monster is indefinitely "Zilla". The copyright now brands the design as "Zilla" both for Godzilla Final Wars and the IDW comic series. It will not be used to depict Godzilla in the future again unless Toho says otherwise.

As said above, legendary would want to distance themselves as far as possible from the 98 movie/Zilla.
personally, if they were to do a flashback scene to when the kaiju were more common, a quick cameo of a Zilla or pack of Zilla would be pretty cool. Or if they did a monster island type scenario with a Zilla cameo.
