The second trailer for King Of The Monsters has been out for a while now, but I can't help but recalling the final scene of the trailer when Godzilla and Ghidorah are charging towards each other. As of now, Ghidorah's wingspan is still unknown, but we can all agree that it's pretty freaking huge. Going back to the final scene with Godzilla and Ghidorah, I can't help but notice something that sticks out with Ghidorah: He seems to be using his wings to help propel himself towards Godzilla. If you slow down the scene, you can see when Ghidorah begins to charge Godzilla, he slightly moves his wings in a flapping motion. As he begins to increase in speed, he spreads his wings out again and goes even faster. The thing that stood out to me was his first motion. You can see that he's closer to the ground than he was when he gets closer to the camera. I've been replaying this moment in my head constantly, ever since I first saw the second trailer, and after thinking and speculation long and hard, I feel like Ghidorah CAN use his wings like arms. But there is a key factor in this conclusion, and that is how close Ghidorah is to the ground. When I look at the first motion, it looks like Ghidorah is using his wings (As well as his legs) to push himself closer and faster to Godzilla, mostly due to the way his body abruptly shifts upwards after the supposed pushing motion. Then again, I could be totally wrong, but this is what I've constantly seen with my eyes. Feel free to comment below on what you personally think about Ghidorah's wing motions, I'm interested to hear your thoughts!

It definitely looks in the motion that he is using the joint in his wing to push himself up so he can start moving his wings. Also in the reveal shot for Ghidorah he is definitely standing with his wings being used for support. Wish I could attach the image here, but I'm at work. Also in the scene where he lands in the trailer and his heads dip really low to the ground it seems like he's probably landing on all fours.

We do see King Ghidorah use his wings as support in the trailer twice. You mentioned one but the other was when we saw that cool full body shot of King Ghidorah. The design is based off of modern dragons (the ones that use their wings as support). I could say that they also got the idea from some species of pterosaurs like the Quetzalcoatlus. Either way he looks really intimidating. We do see him able to stand without using his wings so they are used for support
"The Bigger They Are, The Harder You Fight"

Honestly, I can't see it.
It looks more like he's getting off the ground like a particularly large bird. They don't use their wings along the ground to do this, either, they just keep running and flapping until they start to lift off.

I mean, honestly in my opinion it would make sense if he was using his wings as support, or as arms. He's quite large and I couldn't imagine trying to support his weight with the stubby little legs he used to have, (I've only seen the trailer twice.) Just feel like for weight distribution purposes, and how large his wings are, it would make some sense.
