I can't remember really, but if you dig through the recent articles you might find it. Not official or anything, but just that there might be good odds of it being then.

It also seems KOTM didn't rake in the money as expected and so extra time and effort is being put into it. It is sort of vague, but here is my source. I am unsure of its credibility:

November has historically not been kind to movies that aren't family fare in recent years.
Dr. Sleep, Terminator: Dark Fate and Charlies Angels all flopped. Ford v Ferrari did well enough. But even if you add all four of those movies' grosses together you get less than $600M. Meanwhile, Frozen II, a family film, made over $1 billion on its own.
Against a Marvel film, family fare and future Oscar bait, I'm not expecting much from Godzilla vs. Kong.
