There is a topic I have always wondered. What do godzilla fans think of Yasuko sawaguchi and her looks? I ask because I feel like there isn't a whole lot of discusssion about her

To be fair, she played some pretty flimsy roles.
In The Return of Godzilla her character didn't do a lot, and in Godzilla vs. Biollante the most important thing that happened to her was her death--It was the catalyst for Shiragami's story arc.
So given what little she did (which is really the fault of how little she was given to do) I can understand why she's overlooked.

Even then, I think the popularity of her roles directly affect fans noticing her beauty. Many fans agree Akiko Wakabayashi is a great beauty, but she also stood out as a popular character, Princess Salano in Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster. (Note, that no one really remembers her from King Kong vs. Godzilla.)
