Mondo has revealed a variety of new merchandise items from across the Godzilla universe. Since partnering with Toho last year, the company has created some amazing Godzilla collector pieces, and these new additions are no exception.
To start, Mondo has announced that they will be revealing all of the posters that were going to be displayed at the "Godzilla: A Poster Show" exhibit that would have taken place at SXSW. Unfortunately, the event had to be canceled due to concerns regarding the Coronavirus. Mondo is now helping to make up for the event though by allowing these posters to be purchased on their website. The first wave of posters is already sold out (they were gone in mere seconds), however, more posters of other designs will be available soon.
Mondo has also unveiled a new 3D print prototype of an upcoming tiki mug. The mug's design is based off of a Showa-era Godzilla, although a specific design is not listed. More information about the mug will be revealed later this year.
Last but not least, Mondo has revealed new 3D print prototypes for three upcoming statues. The designs for the statues are based off of Godzilla 1989, Mothra, and Gigan. The Godzilla statue will stand at around 14" tall. No other information about the statues is currently known, but more details should emerge later this year.
