Yeah @Uchimata - Max wrote the script for Godzilla 2014. He's a pretty chill guy too. Really vested in his work and the fans.
I'm sure it will be around 2 hours, but I doubt it will be exactly 2 hours. Still, this is better than the 1hr 30mins run-time we were discussing earlier this week! Thanks for the update Kaijusaurus!

Mothra LarvaeMember0 XPDec-30-2013 5:54 PMI do see this as a good thing that we know it's going to be in the 2 hour range, but I still don't see this as a final time confirmation. If the movie is like anything of its genre, it'll run between 1 hour and 50 min to about 2 hours and twenty minutes.

Only a guess, but it sounds like a good range for the movie. I have a feeling that the 1954 scenes will, for the most part, be glossing over past experiences rather than being large fleshed out scenes which drag on. Again, just a guess. Either way, it's nice to hear that it's going to be around 2 hours in length. More time to get to see the Big-G!
