1. G54: nuclear devastation/with great power comes great responsibility
2. Godzilla Raids Again: You’re braver than you think you are
3. Rodan: nuclear devastation/fear of the unknown/trauma
4. Mothra: Unchecked Capitalism/other people are affected by your actions
5. King Kong vs Godzilla: Sometimes things are completely out of our control. Sometimes we just need to fall back and hope the odds are in our favor.
6. Mothra vs Godzilla: unchecked capitalism/brotherhood of man/we are all responsible for one another/forgiveness
7. Ghidorah The Three Headed Monster: Fear of the Unknown/ putting aside petty differences
8. Invasion of Astro Monster: Fear of the unknown/some people will try to take advantage of you/ be careful who you trust/ life vs technology/life is more than just rules/emotions make us human.
9. Ebirah, Horror of the Deep: nuclear devastation/exploitation of others/people from all kinds of backgrounds can work together
10. Destroy All Monsters: Global Unity/brotherhood of man/ all kinds of characters working together
11. Godzilla’s Revenge: Stand up for yourself
12. Godzilla vs Hedorah: SAVE THE PLANET!!!
13. Godzilla vs Gigan: some people will take advantage of you
14. Terror of MechaGodzilla: Pressure from others to do the wrong thing, life is more than rules, emotions make us human, everyone has a story
15. The Return of Godzilla: nuclear devastation/putting aside of petty differences/heroes and villains on both sides/exploiting others/redemption
16. Godzilla vs Biollante: Moral decay of modern science/playing God/just because you regret your actions didn’t mean you won’t suffer the consequences/you’ll never find a utopia, you got to work with what you got
17. Godzilla vs Ghidorah: We can’t change are mistakes, but we can learn from them/unchecked capitalism/dangers of extremism both left and right/delusions of grandeur
18. Godzilla vs Mothra: SAVE THE PLANET!!!
19. Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla 1993: life vs technology/solving problems with peace rather than violence
20. Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla: um, I’m not sure, don’t pollute space?
21. Godzilla vs Destoroyah: nuclear devastation/with great power comes great responsibility
22. Rebirth of Mothra Trilogy: SAVE THE PLANET!!!
23. Godzilla 2000: moral decay of modern science/with great power comes great responsibility
24. Godzilla vs Megaguirus: I’m not sure with this one either. Plasma is bad??
25. GMK: those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it
26. Godzilla Against MechaGodzilla: life vs technology/every life is precious
27. Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S.: life vs technology/cycle of revenge
28. Godzilla Final Wars: be careful who you trust
29. Shin Godzilla: Japan needs to become stronger/don’t go with the crowd
30. Godzilla Anime Trilogy: cycle of revenge/life vs technology/emotions make us human/perseverance vs Nihilism/SAVE THE PLANET!!!
31. Godzilla 2014: save the planet (no bashing you over the head with it this time)/respect nature/further technological interference, even to try to save the planet, will just make things worse/symbiosis vs parasitism
32. Godzilla KOTM: save the planet/respect nature/grief can blind you, make you vulnerable/don’t let people manipulate or brainwash you/pressure to do the wrong thing/what’s right vs what’s easy/redemption/sacrifice/symbiosis vs parasitism.
