In Tokyo, a familiar kaiju rampaged through the city. It was Shin, after he had escaped his ice prison. Small, humanoid creatures sprouted from his tail and leaped to the ground. They viciously attacked civilians. He looked down on the humans running from him and roared. Just as he began to move, he heard footsteps. LOUD footsteps. He turned around and stared just as a similar monster charged towards him. It was Godzilla! Shin grumbled as Godzilla roared. The kaiju roared back. They looked at each other for a few minutes, then Godzilla grunted and ran at Shin, arms outstretched. Shin yelped and dodged, Godzilla grasping only air. He whipped around and snarled. Shin roared and tried to topple over Godzilla, but he threw him off. Then he realized this is a very strong foe. Shin’s spikes glew purple-ish pink and lowered his head. Godzilla watched in slight confusion, although he also knew what would happen. He stepped out of the way, but to his surprise, the kaiju spat out a bunch of smoke that covered lots of ground. Then a stream of fire. Godzilla roared as this strange fire somehow burned him. Then, the focused laser-like beam shot from his mouth and cut Godzilla like a knife through butter. He roared in pain, and his spines glew blue. He blasted out his Atomic Breath, burning Shin. Shin cried out, then he charged into Godzilla. They both toppled over, Shin biting Godzilla and Godzilla punching Shin. Finally Godzilla forced Shin off before he bit a weak spot. Shin fell into a building, crashing onto him and covering his top half. Godzilla growled and grabbed his tail, but then his spikes glow again, and send a beam from his tail into Godzilla’s face. He screamed and covers his face as he stumbles back. Shin tail-beamed Godzilla across the chest and arms, then his gills. Godzilla screamed again and covered his neck. Then, Shin retreated. The lizard snorted and started to leave. Meanwhile, he began to change….
After three days, a massive roar comes from the water. News reporters announced fishermen have seen a dark-grey spot in the water that appeared bumpy earlier in the days. That spot was the top of Shin’s head!
Now he was around 300 meters tall. He rose from the sea and roared. This city was his now. Soon as expected, Godzilla showed up. He gawked at the now huge kaiju. Shin growled and stepped on him, driving him into the ground. He lifted his foot and roared as Godzilla blasted his breath on it, like stepping on a Lego. That can breath radioactive energy. With legs. Shin snorted and bent over. He charged his breath, and filled the air with smoke. Godzilla coughed. Then came the flame, which in itself almost burned Godzilla into a crisp. Godzilla ran as fast as he could. That laser would kill him, surely. Shin blasted his beam, missing him. Goji hid under some rubble. Shin screeched in frustration. He decided that this was not the way to go, and he returned into the ocean. Godzilla roared and left. Shin began to change again.
Finally, after three more days, he would end this fight. He burst from the water, back to normal size, even a bit smaller. He longer arms with very long, retractable claws. He roared for Godzilla. He turned around and chewed up the city. He heard the kaiju stepping closer. He looked over his shoulder. Godzilla screeched, his new scars visible. Godzilla charged, then stopped and beamed. Shin stumbled, then grabbed Godzilla. He speared his stomach with his new claws, startling Godzilla. He grumbled and went to claw Shin, but then he flinged open his wings and shot into the air. Needless to say, Godzilla was hella confused and surprised, and so were the humans, whose news reporters quickly got onto it. Godzilla grabbed Shin’s tail and threw him to the ground. Shin’s spines glew again and beamed from his tail. It reopened some wounds and scars left from the previous battle. Goji screamed and threw himself on Shin in a fit of rage. His chest landed on Shin’s head, when he charged his beam. When the flame broke out, Godzilla realized what was going to happen. He tried to lift himself off, but wasn’t fast enough. A purple-pink beam speared his heart, going right through like a sword. Godzilla cried in agony and stayed frozen like a statue, then going limp. Shin grunted and pushed the lifeless body off himself. He somehow managed to get up and he roared in victory. He spread his wings and flew into the air and claimed this city as his own.
Winner: Shin Godzilla. I can hear all the people just like “OMG YOU KILLED LEGENDARY OMFG I WILL MURDER YOOUUUUU” or “YOU ARE SUCH A SHIN FANBOI UGH HE WOULD LOSE”
But for real, I do think Shin would win this match. I think people forget he can evolve and adapt, which helped him in this battle. And mostly cause I like Shin o o f Though I like Legendary a lot. And all the battles I saw Legendary won.
But hope you liked it. Please don’t be very mad Shin won.

Also, this was a nice fight. Can't wait for more. This was awesome. :)

Well... if it was fire godzilla then this could be a different story, but that adaptation thing that can occur within mere moments, that would just mean that legendary can almost never win man. Also, I don't think 2014 or 2019 would make much difference against a Shin Godzilla the size of Godzilla Earth...

Also MDK, the Legendary is kinda both, so probably 2019...? I just put "Legendary" to make it a bit simple.
