The short film Godzilla vs. Gigan Rex was shown during the Godzilla Fest celebration in Japan on November 3rd. Having had several teasers and trailers set up before its release it caught the eye of many fans.
Witten and Directed by Takuya Uenishi the short film chronicles the titular kaiju fighting multiple Gigans along with the new kaiju Gigan Rex.
