======My short thoughts=====

1: I think that would be (as of the typing of this post, 20140714) the 1954 Gojira. My second favorite would by the GMK Gojira.

2: That annoying little Mothra Larvae! The movie version was weak, while this computer version regularly kills Gojiras (well, save for me being the 1954 Gojira). That larvae is the most annoying computer controlled monster ever!

3: 1131954 unlocks all current kaiju.

4: For kaijus like the 1954 Gojira or the 2002 Gojira, hold the down button while holding the kick button to make it use a tail attack (very handy vs many kaijus who want to be close to you).

5: The 2014 American Godzilla and MUTOs are upcoming, but don't know if both will be released at the same time or the one then the other. Kind of curious of the EMP effect being translated into the game, so many kaijus would be affected by it.

6: Aside from the 2014 Godzilla, I'd want to see the Final Wars aka 2004 Gojira. That way I can play the 2014 American Godzilla and have a proper American Godzilla vs Japanese Gojira battle.

7: The "Zilla" kaiju is actually Zilla Jr from the Cartoon Series, for it has the Atomic Fire blast. Now the 1998 Movie Zilla I can understand being weak, but Zilla Jr was far more powerful than his movie mother. However, the Battle Royale Zilla feels like the 1998 movie Zilla only with Atomic Fire.
