Tamashii Nations, the company that made the S.H. MonsterArts Series, is making a human sized Godzilla 1991 figure. I don't know about price or release date but it's real. Here's a link

So awesome! They should do a complete series like this, creating Human-sized statues of every incarnation. I would seriously consider buying a Godzilla 2014 one if the price wasn't too ridiculous.

Hmm...according to my most accurate calculations, I could afford this statue in about twenty-five years if I sat aside $100.00 American dollars every month and sold half of my organs to scientific research communities. Easy math! :)
