After reading a post by Gmkgoji about a Godzilla fan whose final wish is to see King Of The Monsters before he dies, I decided to see this story unfold for myself, and what I read was HEARTBREAKING.
George Root III, whose dying wish was to see Godzilla: King Of The Monsters, has passed away today. Words can't describe how sad I am for this man and how he died before his wish could come true. As G-fans, I feel that we are all a part of one big family. This loss is extremely heartbreaking, as a friend had quoted that, "He, (George), would like to hear Godzilla roar one last time" This loss is truly sad for the entire Godzilla community, and my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
R.I.P George

Poor guy......
If people weren't lazy, we wouldn't try to be efficient. If we weren't efficient, we'd never get anything done.

I saw the previous article yesterday with my brother and I wanted to say something about it. Now I feel sad. He will be missed. R.I.P., George. :(
Also, sorry for the irony that my forum signature may bring. It wasn't intentional. Sorry. :(

May he rest in peace

Well, if it makes anyone feel better, George has finally met his hero, the true king of the monsters; Haruo Nakajima. I bet they're having a blast watching King Of The Monsters up there.
(Note: I don't mean any disrespect to George or his loved ones for this comment.)
