My Vision of Godzilla vs. Kong set up!

 During the events of Godzilla, King of the Monsters its been rumored what Kong was doing during this time. He heard the call of King Ghidorah but didnt understand it. He did :however: see the effects it had on certain creatures existing on Skull Island. It had been 46 years since the events took place in Kong:Skull Island. Kong himself was a little bigger, wiser, and stronger and pretty much had the skullcrawler problems on the island controlled. The bombings that took place during Kong:Skull Island trying to determine if the hollow earth theory was a reality weakened a subterranean cavern beneath the island. A previously undiscovered Titan far beneath the surface awoke to King Ghidorahs call and began to surface itself. Could of been a much larger skullcrawler, a MUTO Prime, or another Titan completely. In freeing itself from its captivity the Titan created an earthquake on the island which opened up a gateway to an energy source underneath the island. This is why after the events of GKOTM the existing Titans began making their way to Skull Island drawn to this new energy source. Kong and this new Titan fought a ferocious battle as Kong was trying to keep the Titan from answering King Ghidorahs call. Kong managed to defeat and overcome the Titan but not before recieving a near fatal wound (hence the scars which appear on his chest in the Godzilla vs. Kong toy appearance). Kong went to rest and heal his wounds and made his way extremely close to the new energy source. Throughout the time of his healing this energy source began mutating Kong into the incredibly large and ferocious Kong we see for Godzilla vs. Kong 2020.
