A new brief plot synopsis for Pacific Rim: The Black has been revealed.
The summary was recently added to Netflix following the release of the series' first trailer. You can view the new synopsis below.
"After Kaiju ravage Australia, two siblings pilot a Jaeger to search for their parents, encountering new creatures, seedy characters and chance allies."
It appears that fans will get to see more of the post-apocalyptic world that has been decimated by kaiju during the events of Pacific Rim: The Black. Perhaps some iconic characters from the franchise will even make an appearance and assume the role of "chance allies."
In addition to the new summary, the first logo and banner artwork for the film has also been released by Netflix.
Netflix has recently become a huge investor in kaiju media. In addition to Pacific Rim: The Black, the company will also soon be releasing Godzilla: Singular Point and a new Monsterverse Skull Island anime series.
