Godzilla Wars: Aftermath- Chapter 3

     Godzilla charges up his Atomic Breath, ready to hit the monster that would come out of the ship. Ookondoru, the giant condor comes out. Godzilla immediately fires his Atomic Breath, hitting the creature. Rodan darts towards it, ready for battle. Rodan wins with only minor scratches, but Ookondoru escapes. As it flies away, Battra shoots it down with his Prism Beams. Ookondoru is defeated by this, but two more monsters come out! Gigan and Megalon drop out of the ship, ready for battle. Gigan lunges towards Godzilla and slashes him with its scythes. Grunting in pain, Godzilla tail-whips Gigan, causing it to fall to the ground.

     After fighting off Mothra and Rodan, Megalon burrows underground to help Gigan. However, Anguirus and Baragon do the same, and rapidly approach the giant beetle. Baragon approaches from underneath, while Anguirus attacks from the side. The two severely wound Megalon, who eventually escapes them by digging to the surface. Gorosaurus charges, but Megalon shoots lightning from his horn at him. However, Gorosaurus continues to charge, only slower. As he rears onto his tail, two Xilien aircraft and three Maser jets fire at him. This serves as little more than a distraction, but it gives Megalon time to spit napalm bombs at the dinosaur and then fire lightning from his horn again.

     Gigan gets up again and fires its laser, which causes Godzilla to stumble back, wincing in pain. Gigan leaps into the air and hits Godzilla with its tail, knocking him down. Gigan lands and slashes Godzilla again. However, Godzilla fires a powerful blast from his Atomic Breath, which gives him enough time to get up and punch Gigan in the face, cracking its visor. Disorientated, Gigan stumbles back and Godzilla tail-whips him to the ground. Before the King of the Monsters can attack again, the cyborg flies off into the mist surrounding the island.

     As Megalon attempts to finish off Gorosaurus, but Baragon grabs him from behind. Anguirus appears in front of the giant beetle and leaps backwards. Megalon is hit with the force of a hundred spikes coming at him at him like a train, knocking him down. Rodan flies in, and him and Anguirus attack until Battra flies in. The two back off as Battra fires his Prism Beams before picking him up. Battra uses his Electric Grab as he carries Megalon over to the ocean and drops the dead kaiju in.

     Godzilla is surprised by such a powerful fight this early in the battle, and attempts to regain his strength as the Kamacuras swarm fights off the last of the Xilien aircraft and Maser jets. Godzilla wonders what will happen next, as the next attack doesn’t happen after an hour…
