“Banana oil.”- George Takei, Gigantis: The Fire Monster

This is the day I've been dreading for a long time. R.I.P Haruo Nakajima.
Godzilla... Truly a God incarnate.

I was just watching him yesterday in the do***entary Bringing Godzilla Down to Size. Not a surprise, but still sad to hear.
Host of the podcast Giant Monster Messages where we watch EVERY giant monster film and look for the messages.

He was legendary. Known for being Godzilla, but he took on so many roles... Rodan, Mothra, Mogera, Varan, Baragon, Kong, Gaira, Gryphon, Man Bat, Gezora, Gomess, Jirass, Gabora--That's only off the top of my head.
He played Godzilla more than any actor to date and brought a great deal of versatility to the character. He was the one put at risk the most and survived the majority of the tokusatsu forefathers and crew. What an absolute powerhouse.

R.I.P. to the true king of the monsters

News like this is the kind of news that halts my entire day so I can make a video.
I would copy and paste what I wrote in the description, but my comment would be a full page long.
At the end of the day, I owe Mr. Nakajima everything. He will be missed.
