AnguirusMember1304 XPApr-30-2022 8:34 AMI would give Kong: Skull Island an 8 (Great), or 4 stars. I personally think it's the best movie in the MonsterVerse (so far) despite some flaws. I feel like it had the best balance between the humans and the monsters, and the action scenes are amazing (after years of seeing Kong being shot down by planes and helicopters, seeing him absolutely destroying the helicopters was insanely satisfying). Marlow is easily one of my favorite human characters in the MonsterVerse.

The scene with the Mother Longlegs is probably one of the most unique giant spider scenes ever.

It kinda disturbed me when the guy was just suddenly had the bamboo in him. Man that would be an interesting horror scene in a horror movie.
