Mine would have to be the scene from Godzilla vs Biollante when the children are having dreams and are asked to draw what they see and when they hold it up all at once it is all pictures of Godzilla and his wake of destruction and then his theme plays instantly. This is my top one just by a little bit due to it being AWESOME! and beat out a little monster action.

I have to say that my favorite scene is very likely the moment in Giant Monsters All-Out Attack when idely scratches the side of his neck in an unimpressed manner after having been thwacked by Mothra. I thought that was clever! :)
