GODZILLA:THE DESTROYER OF WORLDS
MemberMothra LarvaeSep-17-2014 7:22 PMDoes anyone have a clear idea of godzilla's screentime in each movie? If you do, please post them in order from earliest (GOJIRA 1954) to latest (GODZILLA 2014). Do not use the 1998 film. Thats Zilla, not Godzilla.

MemberBaragonFeb-05-2015 7:24 PMCould a mod sticky and feature this? This is such a interesting and informative thread it'd be a shame if it got buried by threads that are frankly less important.

MemberBaragonApr-02-2017 4:08 PMHuh. I just watched vs Hedorah and vs Gigan, and I thought there was an awful lot of Godzilla in them for the Showa era, and I guess I wasn't wrong. Awesome work, szmigiel, this is really well done and informative, as well as just fun. I am going to refer to this on my next watch through of all the G-movies.

MemberMothra LarvaeSep-27-2018 12:34 PMGodzilla (1998) and Zilla are separate characters. Godzilla (1998) lasted until 2003 but any future incarnations of the character will be referred as Zilla. Since that Tri-Star held the rights to the character during that time Godzilla (1998) is a legal incarnation even Toho has a trademark icon for both Godzilla (1998) and Zilla

MemberGiganJan-25-2020 6:06 AMtechnically Zilla is still a Godzilla due to starting out as the first incarnation as an american godzilla and no matter what Toho does with the character. Godzilla 1998 is still technically a Godzilla, it only became Zilla in Final Wars
