Official godzilla trendmasters discussion thread

I personally never had these cards but I wanted to buy done but the loc stores never sold any if them:/

I used to have a lot of the old trendmaster toys, unfortunately when my family was moving and I was going through my angsty early teens I opted to give them to the good will along with most of my older Power Rangers and dinosaur toys. Hopefully someone got them and it inspired them to become a fan of Godzilla like I had been when I was younger.

I still vividly remember the Rodan with the button on his chest that had a very good version of his roar.

Tyrant king, you can go to ebay and amazon and find some sellers who sell some of these. Some are a bit pricy though.

Eh it's not a big deal, I'm not much for the toys anyway. As long as I have all the movies in their most current format I'm happy. I'm sure whatever child got them enjoyed them more than I would have just having them sit on a shelf.

We can all thank G98 though for making trendmasters go out of business. :(

Could you imagine what they could make with some newer and older monsters had they stayed in business?

That is very thoughtful of you thinking of children like that. I know my son will enjoy these when i feel like passing them down to him when he gets at least 6 or 7. :)

The Trendmasters line populates the majority of my Godzilla shelf. Love this toy line.

Same here pal. Only thing is i do not have the 10' space godzilla and 10' mecha king ghidorah. Like you though, i do have many of these in their boxes. They are however, a pain in the butt to clean the dust of them.

Now, about the trading cards. Do you have the same list that i have above? Course, that is only a short list of the ones i have.

Oh Trendmasters, i have alot of them in my apartment.

Ben i have most of the cards in that list except Mecha King G, Megalon, and Gigan.

This is a great thread im going to bring out my Trendmasters and take a look at them now.

I've got a couple of copies of the comic book. I don't quite have all the trading cards Ben has though.

It's cool man, they are in protective sleeves for all trading card purposes. So they are not going anywhere.

Well, after looking into it i found that this was the first godzilla trendmasters figure that i owned. And yes it still is in the box.

Anyone else want to share their first figure by this toy line up?

I actually have the smaller Biollante myself, but that's it. My collection is dominated by Bandai's. I do have Zilla, I'm not sure if he is a Trendmaster though.

Yeah, G98 or zilla as we call him made this company go out of business. :(

If they were still around i would love to see their take on a G14 figure and trading card though. :)
