The Bikini Atoll island had been ravaged by the time Dr. Hirostein was and his group had reached it. The excavation and science teams had disappeared from the excavation site. The island now seemed deserted. The Japan Special Forces looked around for survivors. “Look at this Dr! This is the tabled of Kaiser, the first kaiju!” Dr. Hirostein looked at the large and now glowing tablet that looked like a cursed obelisk. He could feel the same sense of unease he had felt with the shard that was given to him to study. By just being near it he could feel a demonic force pushing its presence through it. But he also felt something else… something ancient and unresting. Something in pain!
“From what we could translate” The man continued, “This tablet was mad from a piece of a once ancient creature of immeasurable power. What became of it we have no idea, but this tablet is one thing that remains of it, for you see… The tablet itself has traces of kaiju DNA, ancient and biologically advance.” Dr. Hirostein turned toward the man. “What does this have to do with what is going on in Japan and what happened to me?” he asked in frustration.
“Don’t you get it!?! This tabled has created these monsters. Raised them from the dead, brought them to earth, or has revived them. It has this kind of power. It has connected the monsters to forces we cannot comprehend or quantify. One such monster, ‘Count Ghidorah’, has come to claim it and earth as his own. We can only speculate, but Ghidorah is a powerful monster with the ability to influence the minds of those it can contact mentally. It even has the ability to command other monster under it. That machine you made, and the cyborg before it, was under its control. But now your latest “invention” has been freed. As for what went on here…” RAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaAAH!!! Dr. Hirostein and the man turned to notice in the distance a large creature headed towards the site. The creature was fast, running on all fours and howling loudly. The Special forces team and the two men hid in the fossil remains of the excavated creature. The monster stopped in front of the tablet and looked around while frantically smelling the air. They could see it clearly now. The creature had long shard spines that looked much like fur lining its back and sharp spikes covering its shoulders. Its tail was long and also covered in spikes. At first look it resembled a wolf, but it was clearly a prehistoric type monster. Suddenly it turned towards them and caught them in its sights. It snarled and growled and tore at the ground. The Special Forces order everyone to retreat into the tee line while the commander first his gun. “No don’t fire!” The man screamed as the commander was thrown into the air by the creature’s claws swiping at him. “Lower your weapons fools. It is guarding the site from us. Just fall back and keep your heads down. “Dr. Hirostein come, you must see this!” Dr.Hirostein walked up with the man reluctantly, but he now felt uneasy about the man’s intentions. They looked as the were-creature climed the mountain side of where the tabled was still partially buried and at the sight of the full moon started to howl. The howling was different this time, not a warning of attack but more as a call. But what could it have been calling to? Suddenly another roar was heard coming from the sea. The waters started to rise and from it… came Franken-Kiryu, still a horrendous mix of flesh and metal. It walked slowly toward the fossils of the deceased creature and Dr. Hirostein noticed something strange. The shape of Franken-Kiryu was oddly similar to the fossil remains in the site. What could this mean?
“Curious Dr? Well don’t worry, all will be revealed very soon!” The strange an said as he grinned sinisterly.
