Franken-Kiryu stood over the fossil remains and stared at them for a while and then stared up into the pitch-black sky roaring. Then it leaned over the bone and started to breathe heavily. Dr. Hirotein and the strange man were still looking at the strange sight. Dr. Hirostein was puzzled to see what was going on with his unintended creation. What was it trying to accomplish here? What was it that this strange man, whose name he didn’t even know, was trying to get him to witness. He looked towards the man and noticed he hadn’t even taken his eye off the creature. I looked liked he hadn’t even blinked since he brought the two of them up here to see this. He could tell the man was obsessed, but of what? What was he not telling him?
Then the doctor noticed the obelisk tablet was now glowing brighter and that Franken-Kiryu’s chest cavity was being splitting open. Something was forcing its was out of it, justing the metal plates aside to break free. “Come doctor, look more closely! You don’t want to miss this!” the man said. Dr. Hirostein did move closer to get a more clear view, though hesitately, and then he saw what was forcing itsel out of the chest plates of his robot. A large, nonbeating heart. The heart fell to the ground next to the bones, as Franken-kiryu listed itself up to its feet and stepped back. As did the were-creature. The heart sprouted thin black veins that slowly wrapped around the ribcage of the fossil and pulled itself into it. The obelisk tablets lights started flickering… like a heartbeat, as the veins continued to grow around the rib cage, and spread like wild weeds around the rest of the bones. Little-by-little the veins grew larger and bulky, like they were trans-mutating into something else. Slowly the shape became more distinct. Muscles were forming, though not all of them looked fully developed. Then skin started to form, then lungs, and other internal organs, stomach, liver, spleen, intestines large and small. “Do you see Doctor, it has been asleep for countless centuries, waiting for this night to come where it would rise again. The radioactive tests, were the fuel needed to start the catalyst, while mans lust for power fueled its rage, while Count Ghidorah’s evil lingering presence from its last battle sustained its will. They both have awaited this day, and now it is time.” Wanted to run away and escape this madness but he couldn’t turn away. The now partially formed body started moving, lifting itself up from the ground. The creature stood, NO, towered over the other two monsters, for it was like a newly risen undead king to them. The creature, not dead but not alive roared into the sky, shaking the ground and whirling the wind around itself. Its spine glowed bright green as it spewed a greenish flame onto the land. The trees shriveled, and the ground turned rotten oozing a dark-green slime. The monster then turned to them and stared. One of its eyes were totally missing in the socket, while the other was white, like a blind man’s. Bones were exposed on the rib cage, clawed fingers and the end of its long tail, as were various muscles on its leg and arms and tail as well. Some organs internal organs were still visible, but none of this seemed to bother it or cause it pain or discomfort. In fact, it all of these abnormalities seemed stay in place with no trouble bending and staying to the body contours of the creature, as if it were to be the giant creature very design. It again roared at them loudly before it turned away as if to now ignore their existence. The new monster turned to the ocean and the other two followed closely behind it as every footstep shook the ground with every tendon straining muscle bound step from the undead monster. The three monsters slipped into the dark depths of the ocean while the undead one let out a eerie green glow from its spines before it faded away into the darkness. Dr. Hirostein and the rest of the special forces walked out into the open to see what remained of the ruined site. The obelisk was still glowing and flickering like a beating heart.
Suddenly, the Special Forces raised their rifles. The body, or that is to say, the walking corpse of their commander was headed for them along with the bodies of the scientists and archeologist that went missing. Their bodies must have been in the forest and had been resurrected by the undead monsters breath. The Special Forces opened fire, emptying their clips into the undead. The corpses continued to move forward unhindered. “Aim for the head” Dr. Hirostein yelled. The Special Forces reloaded their guns or held up their pistols and fire again, aiming for their skulls. One by one the bodies fell lifeless as the head exploded until the last one was put down. The night air grew silent ans still as the men all looked at the bodies of people they hard to put to rest.
“AAAaaaaHHHH HAHAHAHAAAAA. You see! All of your science, your religion, your most advance technology could never create this! But these creature… their power extends so far that the boundaries of life and death hold no meaning to them! Even my people couldn’t best them with are far more advance technology. We pride ourselves on our course of evolution, our intelligence, or senteance, or abilty to create and destroy, but in comparison to them it is nothing. We are all ants among behemoths, mortals among gods, and now we shall watch as these perfections of nature do battle on your own…” BANG, went the gun Dr. Hirostein had grabbed from one of the Special Forces men. He had hit the man in his shoulder. “I’ve had enough of your bullshit! I don’t know what you’re spouting but I’ve heard ENOUGH ALREADY! JUST WHO, OR WHAT, THE HELL ARE YOU? The man stood up and continued to smile and laugh, as he pulled off his face revealing another underneath. “You are not the only intelligent beings in this universe!” the man said as he disappeared into the fog. Dr. Hirostein looked among the men around him, started and puzzled with nothing to say. “Come on” said Dr, Hirostein, “We better get back to Japan. This may only be the beginning!”
Thank you for the readings, I’ll be posting another thread with something special later tonight as well so stay tuned for that, comment and give me feedback, and have a haunted Halloween night everyone.
