I know this, however, I don't think that they are different enough to judge on their own, except the one from Godzilla returns and Burning Godzilla. Otherwise 2-5 would all be from that single era. For example
1. Burning Godzilla
2. Godzilla vs. Biollante (spelling)
3. Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla
4. Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah
5. Godzilla vs. the Thing.... Okay so this one is so clasic it has to make the list.

Yeah we know, but they all look alike. and when we say or hear heisei we think of These: 1.Fat Body 2.Rounded spikes 3.Blue Attomic breath.

I suppose I'm looking at the suits for their detail as there's easily a couple of Heisei suits I don't like and some I prefere over others. Movement and animatronics add a lot to how I rate these suits. (One example is I hate how his eyes looked from Godzilla and Mothra: Battle for Earth-vs. SpaceGodzilla.)
