Not fan made, but really, really expensive. I seen one at comic-con once.

Nope, this is the Bandai Super Premium Godzilla from 1994, by the time of Godzilla vs Space Godzilla movie.

The one in amazon is a Kaiyodo model kit almost twice in size of this guy. The figure on the pic should be about the same size of the 24" Jakks Pacific called release

OH SNAP! There it is! I was too distracted by those models badass Godzilla shoes (and hair) to notice it other than a cool statue. I had no idea it was a sellable collectible.
