S.H Monsterarts Stan Winston's unused design

I feel a sense of regret that this design never saw the light of day. Given the anticipation for the upcoming Godzilla film would it not be rather cool if S.H Monsterarts ( or somebody else) make high detail figures of America's previous "Godzillas", even this spectacular design that was never seen on film?
