Yep, you can post whatever you like. 

But nobody has to like it. The very nature of posting opens the content open to criticism. If you can't handle that, don't post. 

And yes, it's shamelessly over-inflated. It's deliberately meant to give the idea that you have an actual Muto/Godzilla gif. Like you've created a gif from the Wonder-Con footage or something similar.

If you're just going to link a gif of two pathetic dogs, then your title needs to reflect that in some way: Like 'Metaphor for Godzilla vs Muto' or 'Dog standoff that resembles Muto vs Godzilla'....something like that. 

'Godzilla vs Muto gif' is misleading if you're not actually linking a Godzilla vs Muto gif.
