MemberTitanosaurusJul-16-2014 4:46 PMThis is something I was hoping both Godzilla and Attack on Titan fans(if there are any here) could help me on. There have been many photos and possibly fanfictions of The King of the Monsters fighting the largest titan to attack humanity. But how would the fight take place? More importantly, what attributes would Godzilla have?
Appearance: No Titan can be more imposing than a 60 meter high, skinless human (without reproductive organs because Titans have no reproductive organs). But Godzilla needs to be just as imposing or even more so. I think the best looks for Godzilla to take on the Colossal Titan would either have to be 1954, 2000, 2002-2003, 2004 or 2014. Godzilla has to look imposing, powerful and dangerous. He is the King of the Monsters after all.
Size: Here is a chart
The three walls in Attack on Titan (Maria, Rose, Sina) are 50 meters high. Colossal Titan is 60 meters tall. Godzilla's height is important for any fight. But his size has varied between series. In the Showa era and most of the Millennium era he was 50 meters. In Heisei era, 84-89, he was 80 meters. In Heisei era, 91-95, and in 2004 he was 100 meters. In the new(er) movie, he was 108 meters. Godzilla's height is important to the way he fights. Depending on the size of his opponent compared to his size will affect how he fights. where he'll fight aggressively or more of on the defensive. Is he is 50 meters, Godzilla may sustain more damage and (possibly) have to use more attacks. Plus Colossal would be bigger by 10 meters, which isn't a problem. Godzilla has fought bigger and won (ex: King Ghidorah, Biollante, Destoroyah, Spacegodzilla, Monster X, Keizer Ghidorah, etc). If he is 80 meters, he'll have an advantage, but still have a worthy adversary. If he is 100-108 meters, he will have a huge advantage (no pun intended) but may still have quite a fight on his claws. There have been plenty of smaller monsters who have given him a good fight (ex: Anguirus, Rodan, Baragon, Mothra larva, Male Muto, etc). I believe that the best fight would be if Godzilla is either 50 meters or 100 meters high. Either way, he be big.
Roar: Godzilla's roars are imposing, powerful, majestic, and can be heard 3 miles away (well, at least Legendary Godzilla's). The roar is important to the creature. I think the best roar would either have to be 1954, 1991, 1995, 2002-2003, 2004 or 2014.
Speed: Godzilla has been known/seen as rather quick for his size. He may lumber as he moves, but he can charge at a good pace. Plus his melee attacks are quick, fluid in movement and powerful. Speed of the attacks has no relation to the running speed, but how fast he walks/runs is affected by the size.
Attacks: Godzilla has an arsenal of attacks. Claws, Bites, Punches, Kicks, Tail whip/slam, Drop Kick (Godzilla vs Megalon), Atomic pulse, Atomic Ray (blue/normal strength), Red Atomic Ray, Spiral Atomic Ray. How many and which would he use in a fight with the Colossal Titan.
Finishers: How would Godzilla finish his opponent. Would he knock the head off with his tail? Would he crush the neck under his foot? Would he crush the skull in one hand? Would he blow off the head and neck with the Atomic Ray? Would he use the Spiral Atomic Ray to completely and utterly destroy the Colossal Titan? Would he use the Kiss of Death technique like with the Female Muto (which was and still is one of the most awesome ways to kill another monster)? How would it end, cause we all know Godzilla is going to win.
Other: Would other monsters such as Mothra or Anguirus be involved? Would Humanity side with Godzilla to beat their common foe? Would other Titans (like the Armored Titan or Female Titan) attack Godzilla in a fashion similar to when Godzilla fought several Destoroyah Aggregates?
So. I know, it's a lot, but I've been trying to figure out how such a meeting/battle would look like. Yes, Godzilla is sure is to win (he's indestructible after all and he doesn't look like he's had a run in with Predator). But there are important details to account for. I would appreciate feed back.
Also I almost forgot, Colossal Titans attributes. He has strength, Human-like intelligence and he can create steam in a sort of ranged attack for defensive purposes. His weak point is the nape of the neck (as is with all titans) and he moves slowly due to his size. Thank you.

MemberMothra LarvaeJul-16-2014 4:54 PMthe perfect adversary for the titan would be GMK godzilla, not to over powered not to underpowered, and he is 60m tall

MemberMothra LarvaeJul-16-2014 4:55 PMGMK Godzilla = Not overpowered? Ha, I laugh at your humor.

MemberMothra LarvaeJul-16-2014 4:57 PMIn all seriousness though, it's not fair to compare. Godzilla is a powerhouse of, well, power. The titans are a natural predator type enemy that feasts on humans. Even with human intelligence, none of the Titans really stand a chance. MAYBE some earlier versions of Godzilla can get hurt or something, but definitely not any of the later versions starting from the Heisei era.

MemberTitanosaurusJul-16-2014 4:57 PMTrue CATZILLA. Plus GMK Godzilla was the manifestation of the souls lost in the Pacific War, so GMK Godzilla could be the manifestation of the souls eaten and killed by the Titans over the past 107 years if he was fighting Colossal Titan.
INSTINCTIVEGIGAN, I am loving that photo XD

MemberTitanosaurusJul-16-2014 5:01 PMINSTINCTIVEGIGAN, The Titans have numbers on their side. They drove humanity to the bring of extinction. They only eat humans to kill. Once their stomachs are filled, they throw up and start again due to the lack of digestive organs. But even so, The 3-15 meter Titans are just an inconvenience.

MemberMothra LarvaeJul-16-2014 5:03 PMI read the AOT manga, so I think that Godzilla would win, but since the Colossal Titan is different than the others (Don't want to spoil it for those who don't know) he would probably sense that Godzilla is too much of a threat and try to escape.
FOR SCIENCE OF COURSE!

MemberMothra LarvaeJul-16-2014 5:07 PMTrue, but what good are numbers if they can't do jack to hurt Godzilla. Imagine a hill of ants trying to kill you but take away their ability to bite. Also, considering Titans are infamous for having strangely light bodies and Godzilla is famous for tanking nukes, you connect the dots.
Also thank you, GIYGAS for not spoiling anything. I'm only watching the anime, don't care much for the manga.

MemberTitanosaurusJul-16-2014 5:14 PMGIYGAS, I haven't read the Manga, but I know what happens in it, so I can't wait for season 2 of the Anime. I think you are right about that.

MemberMothra LarvaeOct-02-2014 10:29 AMi think that the 2014 godzilla would stomp the titans mostly because of his size and power and if he fought the colsllal titan the titan would be outmatched in size, power, and strength.
