I already put this in my thread about the titan names being revealed, but I have to make this it's own topic due to it's potential significance

I have EXTREME doubt about these stats 

Designation: Titanus Methuselah

Height: 91 meters

Weight: 100,000+ tons

Weapons: jaws, clubbed tail, armored shell

Nicknames: The elder titan, the ancient one, the former king of the monsters

Outpost:67

Location: Munich, Germany

do you think maybe Methuselah will have a grudge against Godzilla and will want to reclaim it's title as King? or maybe it will want to fight Ghidorah viewing him as the next king? a lot of people believe the new titans are just gonna be brief cameos or will appear in a montage or will be in an end credit scene (that's all probably true) but I personally would rather they be new monsters that are important to the movie and we learn about in the movie

Perhaps Methuselah was a sort of mentor to Godzilla

oh that's interesting so it would be a Godzilla ally, if it was Godzillas mentor then does that mean it would be like a father figure to godzilla haha? Methuselah is the first to fight Ghidorah and is killed and Godzilla sets out to avenge the monster who raised him and trained him to be the next king of the monsters (I doubt it but I love it)

There are other titans, such as a brick-red cloverfield looking titan, a Woolly Mammoth, and a one-eyed titan

Yeah, sorry, but I feel like Methuselah might fight Godzilla because of his grudge against him, only to either lose and be killed by Godzilla, or lose to Godzilla, return for a second fight, and then be killed by King Ghidorah. (And obviously (logically speaking), King Ghidorah be defeated or killed by Godzilla.) But I could be wrong.

if the new titans don't have an important role in this movie then that means they will most likely be important to the plot of Godzilla vs Kong which seems kinda weird to me honestly since the appeal of Godzilla vs Kong is the fact that it's a 1v1 with two of the worlds most famous Kaiju characters

well I hope you are right i would want godzilla vs kong to stay as a 1v1, at least until the end, I honestly wouldnt mind if a 3rd monster like Destoroyah showed up for them to tag team (I think most people are against that though)

The official Godzilla vs Kong synopsis says "In a time when monsters walk the Earth". Hmmm... The titans we see in the Godzilla king of the monsters trailer (Methuselah and Onix) will still be alive most likely. Rodan is a confirmed yes in GvK, bu Mothra and Ghidorah, given their track record... Not confirmed.
