They could blast it with radiation reviving it and causing it to mutate into a new monster. It would have the personality of Kevin( the best head) but be more cruel and angry because it remembers how Godzilla killed him. He will have nothing on his mind but to make Godzilla suffer by killing his subjects and destroying the world he wants to protect.
Have him be erratic and random with his patterns. A being of pure chaos to foil Godzilla ‘s natural order. I can picture him being the best and baddest rival for Godzilla suppressing even King Ghidorah and Destroyah.
