Ok, last night, i was thinking, "What if Toho's monsters did exist in the Monsterverse?" And so, I started coming up with different "What If...?" ideas. Here they are: Gorosaurus could exist on Skull Island, because he's a kaiju dino, and in "Skull island" there's a soldier on top a a triceratops skull, which means dinosaurs did exist on Skull island.
The mechanized giant that was being created by Monarch on Skull Island can't be Ghidorah because his body was burned away, and Alan Jonah has his severed head, so it wouldn't make sense that it would be Mecha-King Ghidorah since Monarch would have all of their containment sites on high alert, in case they were attacked again. I guess the mech could either be Jet Jaguar or Moguera.
The specimens that Monarch created could be Destoroyah, Biollante and Orga.
Godzilla and King Ghidorah brought the destruction of the ancient world in turkey, and traveled to Antartica.
Titanus Leviathan is Manda. The reports of the Loch Ness Monster all say that it has a long neck, and can always been seen with it's humps rinsing out of the water, and Manda fits the same description.

Moguera seems more likely, but she only appeared in only one movie, and that movie is among the least liked Godzilla films even among fans of the franchise. Also, she looks kinda derpy. My money is on either Mechagodzilla or Gigan, because they seem like they'd fit the Monsterverse best and are very well known Kaiju, at least among fans.

Regardless, while personally I think MOGUERA makes the most sense, as it sits on that line between mechanical and animal in appearance which is perfect for the semi-realism of the MonsterVerse, WB already has the rights to MechaGodzilla, so I highly doubt they'll pay for the rights to another mecha when they have one already they can use. I'd love to see an American take on Gigan someday though.

Because I wasn't trying to diss on either of them, BUT mainstream would probably be weirded out from the Monsterverse forever if we got Jet Jaguar... and probably fans a little too, because that would be extremely overboard with the fan service if they put him in for no other reason. With Moguera, I like her, but she just kinda looks a little derpy to me with that drill mouth-nose thing. But yeah, Moguera WOULD probably fit, but is much lesser known and belongs to the film that most fans on here like least, or at least one of the least liked Godzilla films on here. I personally kinda liked it for what it was, but still probably the "worst" movie of the Heisei era. Still, seen worse... *mechagodzilla city* cough cough

As for MOGUERA, (1) Since when is MOGUERA a she? And (2) Yeah, I like MOGUERA too. I like him better than Mechagodzilla 2, to be honest.
A true fan can acknowledge the bad while still appreciating and cherishing the good.

Sorry, just always saw Moguera as a she, especially after MIB, if anyone here knows what that is. And also, if we really want to get technical about it, Moguera is an IT, so HE would be wrong too. Also, calling Zilla a HIM would be wrong because Zilla would either be THEM because asexually reproducing, or HER because Zilla lays eggs and doesn't seem to have any qualities specifically of a male. Hell, as proven by Zilla Junior, the males of the species are sterile, so... Also, we'd have to call Mechagodzilla, Jet Jaguar, Hedorah, etc THEM if we're about to get technical.

I doubt fictional monsters and robots are going to care what we call them lol. So my point is, I just call Moguera "she" because of a show I watched, and if you're going to try to make me call Moguera "he", we'd have to compromise on "it" or, if you somehow consider a piloted robot sentient, maybe "they." Then we'd have to talk about all the OTHER Kaiju and mechs and it'd get really confusing. Especially when Mothra reproduces asexually, yet somehow gives birth to Mothra Leo, who not only is a male, but has completely different powers and seems to have very different genes than her.

RodanMember1630 XPDec-13-2019 12:26 AMWait a minute, it's said Mothra reproduces asexually... but Mothra Leo is not only a male, which shouldn't be possible under asexual reproduction unless using the ZW system which I don't believe Moths use, but has very different genetic traits and powers, which is practically impossible under asexual reproduction. Especially when considering every time she DOES reproduce in movies, it's Mothra twin SISTERS, and they are basically exactly the same. So how the hell did Mothra Leo not only become MALE (while the aforementioned ZW system is possible, I don't think many Moth species use it, if any. Still, even if that is true, why are all the other Mothra offspring female in every other continuity?), but inherent almost completely different genes and powers? I swear, something fishy is going on here. I feel like either the Shobijin mistranslated, they censored the story, OR Mothra's lying about something here...
Then there's Zilla, who's "male", but is able to reproduce asexually and carries EGGS, but not sperm as far as anyone knows, so how is Zilla male? And then Zilla Junior is much larger, stronger, smarter, etc than Zilla was and clearly shows different genetics, on top of being male and confirming that males of the species are STERILE. But the only other member of his species that could reproduce at all, and ASEXUALLY on top of that, is Komodinatrix, a known FEMALE. So not only does it make no sense for Zilla to be male, but again, the offspring shows different appearance and abilities, so asexual reproduction doesn't seem to fit either... maybe Zilla was pregnant when she mutated? That would certainly explain a lot, and the oddity of the contradicting information we were given could be chalked up to the ignorance of the U.S. Government and the mistake of a worm biologist extending past his main field of study on a completely new kind of creature in the middle of a local, possibly national or international crisis. Or they just kept calling Zilla he for the same reason they called Roberta a he in Jurassic Park, they just felt it suit better. MOTHRA is WAAAAAAAAY more sketch though... Frankly, this deserves its own topic!
