First of, a little bit of setup, im planing on making one of these looking back on articles every month. now in the 90s back when everything had to be COOL!!!!1! and
AWSOME!!!!!1111!! and X-TREME!!!!!!1!!!1, a VERY small toy company called trendmasters aquired the rights to sell godzilla toys! so they made the king of the monsters, wars, doom island and 98 toy lines, and for some reason, they based there toys from 1994 on the hesei film series witch america wouldnt be able to watch untill 1998! so at the time mecha-ghidorah,biollante, mogera, spacegodzilla and super mg seemed like original characters! so I thout it would be cool to see what the comunity thinks of this 90s toy line that spoiled the heisei series for us.

First comment

I vaguely remembered those toys, I wasn't no where near the Godzilla fanboy I am today. Since the only thing Godzilla I was exposed to was reruns of Godzilla Power Hour on Cartoon Network back in the early 90's. I never saw a live action Godzilla movie until a couple of years later at a video rental place forget the name, that I saw Godzilla vs Monster Zero (aka Godzilla vs the Astro Monster)

You mean these toys?
Yeah. You could say I've heard of them.

you know, they really dont make toys like these anymore

im pretty sure I yhave a couple of these toys in my collection

@Gman,
You should take some of them out of the box, if you want to display them differently.

SarcasticGoji,
I'd rather not. They have more value in the box.

what may I ask does that mean?

monsterzero9,
Items in the box are worth more.

also, at times you wonder if there was a planned animated show or heck, a live action show for the power ra..I II mean g-force. imagine if they spliced american footage with heisei godzilla footage, that would be NUTS.

Maybe, he likes them better in the box and gives more nogstalgia, or maybe they won’t be tarnished in the box. The point is, he wants them in the box

Wow, I try saying something, and people have replied twice before I can say it

SarcasticGoji,
I already explained. Items in the box have more value and are worth more. Should I ever want to sell them, they would be worth more in-the-box than out.
These are rare items now since the toy company no longer exists.

I typed that before I saw that, hence the second comment

okay I understand know gman. Also (wow im saying also a lot) theres a suprising ammount of the trendmasters toys that never got made like kumonga or the godzilla the eries line, heck there was sopposed to be a destroyah. imagine what THAT woold look like.

It would've looked like this:

G. H. (Gman)
I am jealous and envious of your Godzilla collection

gman, y,y,you.....have...it
YOU
ARE
GOD

Sorry for the confusion.
Those last four pics are not mine. But some people do own the Trendmasters Destoroyahs and/or the prototypes.
