He would win by default and remake the universe...or at least the Earth in his image. As much as I love Godzilla, Evangelion Unit 01 fought literally divine beings called Angels on a weekly bases. Unit 01 would have no problems killing Godzilla.

Also berserk Evangelion Unit 01 is still quite dangerous opponent for Godzilla. Even more so with an S2 Engine or should Shinji completely syncs with his Eva
