Mine is easily the Mutos, specifically the male Muto. He might be small, but is strong, smart, and can fly. The Muto roars are amazing, and the way they worked together in the 2014 film was cool.

I like the MUTOs, I feel like the fandom doesn't give them enough love mainly because they aren't as iconic or cool as some of Godzilla's classic enemies and because they have some similarities to the Cloverfield monster (although aside from the arms the designs are pretty different), but I feel like they're unique enough that they should get more attention.
I like the SkullCrawlers mainly because they're a reference to the two-legged lizard that briefly showed up in the original 1933 King Kong. The fact that they took such an obscure creature that only showed up in the original film for a couple seconds and made it the main enemy for Kong is kind of hilarious.
And I like Behemoth, mainly because I've had a lifelong obsession with prehistoric animals and I love mammoths, so for me seeing a monster that's a mix between a mammoth and a giant ground sloth was really cool.

Yeah I especially like the Mutos and Skull Crawlers. They both make up for lack of strength with numbers. I also like that they are a species, not the typical only one or last of their kind. We really need to see more of these original monsters.

Yep, the SkullCrawlers were based on this "little guy".
Interestingly, in the scene that it was was briefly shown in featured it crawling out of a pit, similar to the SkullCrawlers.

If Doug counts as a kaiju, easily Doug hes just so cute.

For some reason i hate Doug. People just latched onto him so quickly and it weirdly annoyed me. Thats a me problem though.

I am not too thrilled about Doug either, I feel that the monsterverse Godzilla should have evolved from an archosaurian ancestor since Gareth Edwards claimed that monsterverse godzilla is a dinosauromorph but Doug looks nothing like a dinosauromorph he looks more like a giant monitor lizard which lizards, true lizards evolved after the dinosaurs during the earl jurassic and lizards are lepidosaurian reptiles.

To me, like Godzilla, Doug looks more crocodilian than lizard-like. The MonsterVerse Godzilla isn't really considered a dinosaur, but is labeled as a prehistoric amphibious reptile. I always kind of viewed the MV Godzilla (and Doug) as being some type of archosaur that falls in between crocodilians and dinosaurs.

Doug was cool but I don't think he's super important. He could be like a baboon to a human, Godzilla being the human. I honestly don't even think doug is related to Godzilla

But didn't Gareth Edwards say that MV Godzilla is a Dinosauromorph?

Xenotaris only that godzilla was an archosaur
